Canadian Sheila Reid won the fast section of the women's 1,500 meters in 4:07.07 at the USATF Distance Classic at Occidental College's Jack Kemp Stadium. Reid improved on her winning effort of 4:10.40 at Oregon Twilight on May 5 to elevate to No. 8 in the world this year.
